This is a Public Notice , notifying the public that both the criminal fraudsters Gautam Sabharwal also known as Gautam Nath Sabharwal and Gopa Sabharwal committed the henious crimes of Forgery and Criminal Fraud, criminal breach of trust against their estranged sister Mrs. Gauri Advani daughter in law of Shri. LK Advani in New Delhi in January 2023 and then shamelessly once again on 1 March 2023. Mrs. Gauri Advani is the Complainant and the victim of crime of Forgery and Criminal Fraud committed by the accused fraudsters Gautam Sabharwal and Gopa Sabharwal. The two fraudsters Gautam Sabharwal and Gopa Sabharwal in complete contempt of an order delivered by The Honble Delhi High Court in October 2022 printed out Stamp Paper in Delhi in January 2023 and illegally and fraudulently paid out Stamp Duty in the name of Ms. Gauri Advani without her consent, without her knowledge and without her permission on 13th January 2023 in direct contempt of a High Court Consent Agreement. They also then shamelessly continued with their Criminal activities and illegally forged the name of Ms. Gauri Advani on the Stamp Paper without her consent, without her knowledge and without her permission or authority. This fraudster pair Gautam Sabharwal in full criminal conspiracy with the fraudster Gopa Sabharwal both residents of New Delhi, India then went ahead and published forged documents including fraudulent court papers and approached the Sub Registrar offices in New Delhi on 1 March 2023 where they in full criminal conspiracy with the Sub Registrar illegally and fraudulently changed the Title of their mother's property into their own names on 1 March 2023 , whilst Ms. Gauri Advani was waiting to follow the Consent Agreement passed by The Delhi High Court between herself and her estranged siblings Gautam Sabharwal and Gopa Sabharwal and sign the Relinquishment Deed as stated very clearly by The High Court of Delhi in its Order dated 27th October 2022 as part of a Compromise Agreement. It is clear now with Documentary Evidence collected from the officials and passed on to The Delhi Police that both the criminal fraudsters Gautam Sabharwal and Gopa Sabharwal thought they would never be found out and even posed for pictures inside the Sub Registrar offices in direct Criminal Contempt of Court Orders on 1 March 2023 and forged the signatures and consent of Ms. Gauri Advani at the Sub Registrar's offices whilst they illegally, fraudulently and unlawfully in a criminal conspiracy mutated and changed the Title of their late mother's property into their own names. An official complaint has been registered with The Delhi Police . GAURI ADVANI AGREE TO EVER SELL HER SHARE OF THE PROPERTY TO GAUTAM SABHARWAL AND GOPA SABHARWAL AND THE STAMP DUTY WAS ILLEGALLY PAID BY THE FRAUDSTERS GAUTAM SABHARWAL AND GOPA SABHARWAL IN NEW DELHI POSING AS BUYERS WHEN NO SUCH SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT HAD BEEN APPROVED, STATED OR EVER AGREED AT ANY TIME WHATSOEVER ‼️
IN THE PRESENT CASE ALL THREE CO -OWNERS REMAINED CO-OWNERS. THERE WAS NO OFFER TO PURCHASE AND THERE WAS NO ACCEPTANCE OF SALE FROM THE SIDE OF MS. GAURI ADVANI WHATSOEVER. THAT IS WHY - PARA 7 CLAUSE X OF THE COMPROMISE DEED HANDED DOWN BY THE DELHI HIGH COURT ON 27TH OCTOBER 2022 VERY CLEARLY STATED THAT EACH PARTY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN STAMP DUTY. THIS ITSELF PROVED THAT NO SALE OR PURCHASE AGREEMENT HAD BEEN AGREED BETWEEN THE CO -OWNERS AND AS EACH PARTY WERE THE CO -OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY - EACH PARTY WOULD BEAR THE COST OF THEIR OWN STAMP DUTY. MOREOVER, THE WORDS PURCHASE, SALE OR OFFER TO PURCHASE DO NOT APPEAR ANY WHERE IN THE COURT ORDER OR THE COMPROMISE DEED. AND THE TERMS OF PARA SEVEN SUB CLAUSE TEN (PARA 7 (X) -WERE NEVER ALTERED AT ANY STAGE. THE DEFENDANTS AND FRAUDSTERS GAUTAM SABHARWAL AND GOPA SABHARWAL HAD COMMITTED SERIOUS CONTEMPT OF COURT SINCE AS EARLY AS 13TH JANUARY 2023 BY PAYING STAMP DUTY IN THE NAME OF MS. GAURI ADVANI IN NEW DELHI, WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE OR HER CONSENT IN A BRAZEN ACT OF CONTEMPT OF COURT FOR WHICH THEY NOW HAVE NO LEG TO ON BEFORE ANY COURT OF LAW AND ARE CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR FRAUD UNDER THE IPC.
