Dr. Anjana Sharma in actuality is MRS. ANJANA SINHA and is known as Gopa Sabharwal's girlfriend . Dr. Anjana Sharma is her maiden name. She is married to a Mr. Mukul Sinha who works with a multinational company in Gurgaon. Mr. and Mrs. Anjana Sinha have one son Sanat Sinha at Delhi University. Mrs. Anjana Sharma's relationship with the Vice Chancellor of Nalanda University Dr. Gopa Sabharwal started in their days in New Delhi's Lady Shri Ram College. Gopa Sabharwal never got married and is a single woman but sources suggest the two ladies are extremely close to each other . Dr. Anjana Sharma who uses her maiden name of 'Sharma' was a personal and close friend and colleague of Dr. Gopa Sabharwal at Lady Shri Ram College. Whilst Dr. Gopa Sabharwal the current Vice Chancellor Nalanda University worked as a 'single' professional woman in the Sociology Department of Lady Shri Ram College - her married friend and confidant - Dr. Anjana Sharma worked in the English Department of that same college. The two grew closer as confidants and their personal life together blossomed in a shroud of secrecy . Therefore these two ladies were not even colleagues in the same department, nor did they have similar academic interests . This was a personal and private relationship between Dr. Anjana Sharma and Dr. Gopa Sabharwal. In Dr. Anjana Sharma's own words her relationship further blossomed with Dr. Sabharwal during " My current research-a collaboration with a sociologist, Dr. Gopa Sabharwal (Lady Shri Ram College for Women) is a two part book deal on the year 1947 in English language newspapers and the “public” representation of M.K. Gandhi in the year 1947-48. Both works are commissioned by Penguin India. Theoretically we have brought together in this enterprise a direct model of inter disciplinarity. In addition, it also combines my earliest commitment to archival research and the politics of telling the story that is very often in resistance to received accounts of what constitutes an era and the consequent choice of what mode of narrative will be used to inscribe it within an emergent culture. " This reads like garbage. No serious academic writes in such confused words . Besides, neither Dr. Anjana Sharma nor Dr. Gopa Sabharwal are specialists in Mahatma Gandhi nor Buddhist studies.

The opportunity presented Dr. Mrs. Anjana Sharma (Sinha) to piggy back ride on the social contacts of Dr. Gopa Sabharwal in New Delhi and India. Who is Dr Gopa Sabharwal and this question becomes very important when she was handpicked by Dr Amartya Sen and Montek Singh Ahluwalia for the post of Nalanda University’s first Vice-Chancellor? First of all she was NOT even a Professor and therefore she remains Dr. Gopa Sabharwal . It is well understood in India that there are no free prizes dolled out by politicians or the sitting government i.e. THE UPA-II . Gopa was an Associate professor in the Department of Sociology in Lady Shri Ram College for Women New Delhi. The C.V which she submitted at India –Japan global partner summit in Tokyo highlighted her achievements in chosen field which has nothing to do with Buddhist studies, the very core of Nalanda University. She did not even fulfil The University Grant Commission’s criteria which, according to UGC, are compulsory for V-C of central and state Universities. Under the UGC rules, only distinguish academician with a mimnimum10 years experience as professor in University is eligible for V-C job.

WHO IS HER CLOSE PERSONAL FRIEND DR. ANJANA SHARMA AND THE SOKA GAKKAI CONNECTION :

In her own words Dr. Anjana Sharma OSD Nalanda University told Tehelka in 2004 that " 31 Jul 2004 – “After I became a Soka Gakkai practitioner, I feel that I belong to a community,” says Professor Anjana Sharma who teaches at Lady Shri Ram College, in New Delhi. Dr. Anjana Sharma and her husband Mr. Mukul Sinha are both active SOKA GAKKAI PRACTIONERS IN New Delhi. Very little about actual Buddhism is discussed by SGI, as most meetings and publications revolve around Ikeda and his writings, and a constant drama regarding the bad relations between SGI and it’s parent organization, Nichiren Shoshu, which excommunicated SGI several years ago.” said one former member. Did DR. ANJANA SHARMA DISCLOSE HER EXCEPTIONALLY CLOSE LINKS WITH THE BHARAT SOKA GAKKAI TO THE BOARD OF NALANDA UNIVERSITY? In February 2011 actualising the vision of Soka Gakkai International (SGI) President Dr Daisaku Ikeda to establish world peace based on a vision of shared humanism, an Indo-Japan symposium titled ‘A New Humanism For World Peace’, was held on 6 February 2011 at the Soka Bodhi Tree Garden on Delhi-Jaipur Highway near Manesar in Haryana. In an official Press Release the Bharat SOKA GAKKAI said : " in collaboration with the International Academy of Indian Culture (IAIC) and the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), the symposium gained greater relevance through its eminent panel of speakers. These included, Mr C.R. Gharekhan, President IGNCA, Prof Lokesh Chandra, Director IAIC, Dr Yoichi Kawada, Director, IOP, Dr. Gopa Sabharwal, Vice Chancellor of Nalanda International University and Dr. Manimala, Director Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti. But all this was overlooked by the then UPA-II Government at the insistence of Amartya Sen and his own gang of close friends NK Singh, Montek Ahluwalia and the full support of the Congress Party of India and UPA-II.

On September 8, 2009, a symposium on Mr. Ikeda's Peace Proposal was held at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) in New Delhi, India, co-organized by IGNCA and Bharat (India) Soka Gakkai (BSG). Some 350 people from a number of fields attended the symposium, including World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) Honorary President Hashim Abdul Halim, Justice J. S. Verma, former chief justice of India, and Dr. Gopa Sabharwal, inaugural rector designate for Nalanda University, which will open soon. HOW DID THE BHARAT SOKA GAKKAI already know of Dr. Gopa Sabharwal's appointment on 8 September 2009 ?

WHAT IS THE SOKA GAKKAI OF DR ANJANA SHARMA AND HER HUSBAND MUKUL SINHA: CULT OR BUDDHISM ?Soka Gakkai International (SGI) presents itself as a world-renowned champion for peace, human rights and democracy. While Soka Gakkai does in fact, talk a lot about these important issues amongst members, it appears most of the organization's resources actually goes into strengthening itself, such as printing promotional materials, building new centers, etc. It's status as an NGO (non-government organization) with the UN was essentially bought by paying dues, not because the UN actively sought out SGI. The few charitable activities SGI performs is generally used as PR opportunities. As far as democracy, there is no formalized voting mechanism for leadership within the organization. Leaders are appointed by other leaders. The current president, Daisaku Ikeda, has appointed one of his sons as vice-president and heir apparent. When members complain about SGI policy or practice, a typical response from leadership is to question the members' faith in Buddhism and accuse them of slandering the organization. The organization's publications are heavily filtered, so that little if any material that questions SGI ever reaches the eyes of the members. The central practice promoted by SGI is chanting to the Gohonzon, a scroll inscribed by Nichiren Daishonin, the founder of Nichiren Buddhism. To obtain a Gohonzon, newcomers must prove their interest in SGI by attending a few meetings and paying a $20 donation for the scroll. The Gohonzon they use is simply a mass-produced photocopy on a single piece of paper with a plastic rod and a piece of cord for hanging. Newcomers must also allow leaders into their homes so they can make certain the scroll has a proper place to be kept, preferably in a butsudan or Buddhist altar with doors, so the scroll can be protected and hidden. Obtaining a Gohonzon outside of SGI is forbidden, and there's a lot of double-talk about their reasons for this. They criticize another Buddhist sect, Nichiren Shoshu, as being superstitious for claiming SGI Gohonzons are evil. But they then say that if an SGI member obtains an unapproved Gohonzon, this is sure to bring them "bad karma." .....Bad Karma or not Gopa Sabharwal has certainly succeeded in ruining her own reputation by accepting a very obvious " POLITICAL BRIBE " from the UPA-II Government. It now remains for Gopa Sabharwal to face serious questions from the present Government and answer the authorities and the Indian Government about Nepotism, Corruption. Amartya Sen cannot answer for her anymore as he is out and Gopa Sabharwal cannot hope to keep hiding behind Montek Singh Ahluwalia and his wife Isher Judge Ahluwalia or indeed behind former JDU and BJP MP NK Singh . That is not all. There is an LK Advani connection to this whole saga. Gopa Sabharwal is the sister of Madame Ms. Gauri Advani, the former daughter in law of Shri LK Advani. Both this Gopa Sabharwal and her brother called Gautam Sabharwal in a shameless act gave evidence against Madame Gauri Advani ji in her divorce with Jayant Advani for their own very personal selfish and commercial gains. But this Gautam Sabharwal and Gopa Sabharwal received a big slap on their faces when the Delhi Court outrightly rejected all allegations put forward against Madame Gauri Advani ji at the time of the divorce. But their greed and interest to get paid back for their acts of disloyalty to their sibling and sucking up to Jayant Advani continued well into the UPA II government when Gopa Sabharwal got herself appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Nalanda University by Montek Singh Ahluwalia and his gang of friends. Such was the sick and pathetic environment and culture during the UPA II regime in India.

MONTEK SINGH AHLUWALIA IS WELL KNOWN TO STOOP TO ANY LEVEL TO APPEASE ANYONE FOR HIS OWN VESTED INTERESTS.....HERE SEEN WITH THE FORMER UNION RAILWAY MINISTER AND CURRENT CHIEF MINISTER OF BIHAR NITISH KUMAR

One event that changed the political discourse of this country was the burning of the S-6 coach of the Sabarmati Express on 27th February, 2002, that resulted in the tragic death of 58 passengers travelling in the coach including several karsevaks who were travelling in that very coach under the stewardship of Nitish Kumar as Railway Minister and LK Advani as the Home Minister of India in 2002. On 25th February, 2002, karsevaks returning from Ayodhya had boarded the Sabarmati Express, albeit, without any reservation or tickets. The reserved coach was overcrowded due to the free boarding of the karsevaks and S-6 coach on that day carried around 130 passengers instead of 72 as per rule. The then Railway Minister Nitish Kumar now seen posing with Gopa Sabharwal and her dear friend Anjana Sharma was the same Railway Minister who allowed the free boarding of karsevaks on their way to Ayodhya on Coach S6 on the fateful Sabarmati Express in February 2002 .

MANMOHAN SINGH AND UPA-II MADE THE SAME RAILWAY MINISTER NITISH KUMAR OF GODHRA FAME A HERO BY STARTING THE NALANDA UNIVERSITY IN BIHAR : 

The incident of the burning of the coach s6 on Sabarmati Express as it happened in the jurisdiction of the Indian Railways
under the Official Office of Railway Minister Nitish Kumar in 2002
, it was the duty cast upon by law on the Railways to enquire into the tragic incident immediately and send a report to the Government of India. Let us quickly summarise the provisions of the law in this regard:

The section 6(c) of the railway act provides that the Commissioner of safelty shall make an inquiry under this Act into the cause of any accident on a railway and give notice of railway accident u/s 113 and then hold a full inquiry u/s 114 of the Act. Where no inquiry is held by the Commissioner under section 114, the Act require u/s 115, the railway administration shall cause an inquiry to be made in accordance with the prescribed procedure. Section119 however provides that where a Commission of Inquiry is appointed under the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 to inquire into an accident, any inquiry in relation to that accident shall not be proceeded with
.

Railway Minister Nitish Kumar did not initiate or conduct any inquiry whatsoever following the Godhra incident in February 2002. Whilst the Godhra Inquiry was still ongoing in 2010/ 2011 - the UPA-II Government hurriedly chose Dr. Gopa Sabharwal , a mere Reader from Lady Sri Ram College , New Delhi and appointed her as the VC of Nalanda University which is set in Rajgir in the constituency of Nitish Kumar - The very same Railway Minister who kept deliberately silent in Feb 2002 and did not start an inquiry into the Godhra Fire of Indian Railways Sabarmati Express / Coach S6 now well known as the Godhra massacre. It is therefore not surprising that both Houses of Parliament hurriedly passed the Nalanda University Bill in 2011. Nitish Kumar needed the people of India to forget Godhra or atleast the tragedy of the Sabarmati Express Coach S6 , and his role as Railway Minister during February 2002 and the UPA-II Government was more than obliging with the aid of NK Singh, Amartya Sen, Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Gopa Sabharwal in helping and aiding Nitish Kumar to do so.

THE UPA -II GOVERNMET HAND PICKED TWO MORALLY CORRUPT WOMEN TO CARRY OUT DELIBERATE ILLEGAL ACTS OF NEPOTISM AND CORRUPTION

There is, however, a scroll of charges against the Nalanda University and MEA. The University and the Ministry must reply to them-

1. How is that the MEA running the Nalanda University against Government of India Allocation of Business Rules? The MEA is neither authorized nor competent to run any University.

2. What mechanism does the MEA posses to monitor quality in the Nalanda University? This is important because the University is not regulated by the University Grants Commission?

3. How is the University with an expenditure projected at Rs. 3,553 crores over ten years, and Rs.600 crores appx during 2012-13 is being established without any appraisal or sanction from the Finance Ministry?

4. Why the appointment of the Rector, later arbitrarily changed to Vice Chancellor (Designate), of the university took place stealthily without any wide publicity or following a due procedure.

5. How is that a Vice Chancellor, who herself has never taught University level (post-graduate) students, is heading an iconic University? Who are the other academicians (outside the Governing Board) associated with the Project?

6. Why did the Vice Chancellor viz. Dr. Gopa Sabharwal create plump posts like OSD (University Development) and OSD (Finance) to accommodate her friends and associates?

7. With Planning Commission constituting a committee to grant more autonomy to Nalanda University, how will it prevent the University from becoming a law unto itself?

8. Have any East Asia Summit nation signed any inter-governmental treaty or agreement with Government of India on the Nalanda University?

9. Is it not a fact that the MEA officials admitted before the Standing Committee on External Affairs that the Government of India would have to wholly fund the project because no Asian country has come forward with any monetary commitment?

10. Is the Nalanda University ready for a Social Audit? It should not be surprised if such a demand is being made tomorrow.
